I feel like fish tacos are underrated. They're so delicious! These look like they'll be great as well.

This Baja Fish Tacos with Creamy Cilantro Lime Slaw Recipe looks so exciting to make. I am familiar with tacos with the beef, tomatoes and cabbage filling with salsa sauce but this one is different. The unique flavor of cilantro provides a balance to the fishy flavor of the baja fish used in this Mexican dish.

I love how simple this recipe is to make at home, since you can pan fry the fish in a skillet, and don't have to deal with the fuss and mess of getting out the deep fryer. Using the bagged slaw mix saves a lot of time in the kitchen, since you don't have to shred everything with a knife. The fish cooks very quickly, so it would be great for a busy evening!

So, these look perfect. My mom's favorite dinner is fish tacos she always orders them when we're out, but with this recipe, now we can make our own at home! Also, cilantro is a very easy herb to grow, which would be perfect for this creamy dressing. I would probably also add some pieces of avocado to this dish because it pairs very well with all of these flavors!

I have heard of fish tacos, but never knew how they were made. Now, I know. I like the coleslaw for crunch. I love coleslaw anytime. And cilantro is great. This seems very easy to make. I'll have to give it a try. It will be a nice change from regular tacos.
