Refresco de Tamarindo
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup tamarind puree
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 6 cups cold water
- mint sprigs (optional)
Instructions
Combine Tamarind Puree and sugar in a pitcher; stir. Add water; stir. Yield: 2 quarts (serving size: 1 cup). Serve over ice. Garnish with mint, if desired.
