This is an intriguing recipe. My son is coming for a visit in the next few weeks, and he's always looking for flour-free snacks, and I think he'll be delighted with these. Bananas, peanut butter, protein powder, and chocolate chips are things he uses and enjoys, so I know this is something I definitely should whip up for him.

I definitely agree that this recipe is quick and easy. I love the use of the blender and wish that more recipes utilized that tool! I recommend adding some oats to the recipe too. If you need them to remain gluten-free, make sure the oats state that they are gluten-free! Also, feel free to get creative with protein powder- maybe try chocolate for a different flavor!

Oh I like the sound of this recipe. And its true what the Blogger points out that there are always overripe bananas to use up, especially if you live in a sub tropical climate as I do. Its made without flour, so a great recipe for the ever increasing number of people who are searching for Gluten Free. Its quick and easy and, lets face it, we all need quick and easy these days
