Peach Cobbler Muffins
Peach cobbler and muffins are typically enjoyed separately, but they make a great treat when combined. Peach Cobbler Muffins are pretty easy to make. They're filled with fresh, juicy peaches, so they taste heavenly. You may be able to get away with eating them for breakfast, but dessert is their true nature. The cinnamon sugar streusel topping makes these muffins even better. Make a batch for your next summer party.

These look absolutely incredible. We're moving into summer and this would be a great treat for breakfast or any time of the day. I'll use fresh peaches when I can, but I'm wondering if either frozen or canned peaches could be used in a pinch. This has shot to the top of my must-bake list. I love cobblers of all sorts, apple, peach, blueberry, and this flavor in a muffin just makes my mouth water.

Peach Cobbler is one of my favorite desserts. I have never tried this in a muffin. It sounds really good. My father in-law loved peach cobbler and he could eat it every day. Can you use frozen peaches instead of fresh? We don't always have fresh peaches in my area. Can you use butter instead of oil for the topping?
