Butter Crepes
Butter Crepes are a very basic crepes recipe. You can easily treat your family to a French-inspired brunch with this crepe recipe. Make the batter an hour ahead of time, and then fry them up when you're ready to eat!

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups milk
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Combine eggs, flour, milk, butter, and salt in a bowl; blend for 1 minute.
- Scrape down sides, then blend for another 15 seconds.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Spray a crepe pan or small frying pan with nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
- Pour a thin layer of batter into the pan and cook until the edges of the crepe are lightly crisped.
- Flip, and cook until very lightly browned.

Also, these are just the crepes and are good buttered and rolled up, but, you can put any kind of filling you want at one side and roll them up and top with a sauce or gravy. I do a meat filling and then pour a little gravy over them. But they are the best with a fruit filling (jams or preserves are great) with a little matching fruit syrup and a dollop of whipped cream (or Cool Whip). Yummy!
