Strawberry Crepes
Ingredients
- 2 punnets strawberries
- 55 grams crystal sugar
- 6 ounces cream cheese
- 75 grams icing sugar
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 8 crepes
Instructions
Slice strawberries. Set a few aside for garnish. Stir together strawberries and sugar. Refrigerate. Mix together icing sugar and cream cheese until well combined. Stir in sour cream, lemon juice and zest. Beat until smooth. Stir in sliced strawberries. Fill crepes with strawberry mixture. Garnish with a few strawberry slices.
