Just like they say, even though there are only 4 ingredients this dish does not skimp on flavor AT ALL! We did add onions, mushrooms, peppers like they suggest in the blurb, and it was absolutely delicious. Classic Italian dishes like this are always so good and this is a perfect example. Your whole family will love it!

I like this. It's quick and simple, which is sometimes just what I'm looking for. I usually have most of the ingredients on hand save for the frozen tortellini. We normally keep some packages of the dried tortellini around for inclusion in various recipes. Jars of Prego are always kept on hand, and this is a really quick dish to put together. I'd definitely include the bell pepper and onions since I like how they enhance the flavor of the bake.
