If you've never met homemade gnocchi, it's very easy! Just take one cup of cooked, mashed white potato or sweet potato, one egg, and one cup of flour. Mix it all together. Roll out small strips and cut into little shapes! I've also used feta or goat cheese in place of the potato and it comes out great!
