Mmmmm, so good and a really satisfying meal that our entire family enjoyed. We cooked the pasta separately (because of misreading the recipe!) and we used homemade meatballs because that is what we had. When the pasta was 80% cooked we put everything in an oven dish and then baked it until everything was ready. Then sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese over the top and under the broiler for 2 minutes to brown. DELICIOUS!

Frozen meatballs are such a great thing to have on hand for quick dinners during the busy week - they're not just for spaghetti or meatball subs! Many brands even offer a reduced fat turkey or chicken version. I love the cheesy sauce in this dish. Next time I might even use a frozen bag of the California blend veggies with broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.

This is a delightfully yummy dish incorporating three of my favorites, meatballs, broccoli and cheese. It's really quick to make and I used a jar of the Ragu Cheddar sauce rather than a can of cheddar cheese soup. I also sprinkled some shredded cheddar on top since you can't have too much cheese.
