Ingredients
- 6 (6-ounce) rotini pasta cooked according to package
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Cook pasta according to instructions, drain and set aside.

To make the cheese sauce melt the butter in a saucepan and add the onion. Cook until the onion is transparent.

Add the flour and the dry mustard, and slowly whisk. Cook the butter and flour mixture for about a minute until it turns a golden color.
- Add the milk and cheese. Stir until the cheese is fully melted and season with salt and pepper. Add in pasta and mix everything together.
