You simply HAVE to make this Three Cheese Beef Pasta Bake if only to experience the taste of the combination of ricotta, mozarella and parmesan. It is simply magnificent! The dish is not that complicated to prepare either so quite do able for an evening meal during a busy week. It is family friendly too so go right ahead and enjoy!

This is a delicious recipe and I like being able to substitute different pastas in it. I'd probably lean towards a spinach pasta of some sort, or perhaps one of the marketed homemade dried noodles that we can find around here. The addition of the beef boullion paste to the sauce is new to me, and it's something I want to try next time I make a dish using spaghetti sauce.
