We've used the Ragu version of the garlic and Parmesan alfredo sauce before and thought it was quite decent. I'm really pleased to discover this recipe for a homemade version which looks quite easy to make. We've often added either bacon or ground beef to the alfredo pasta and it's one of our favorite quick meals. Shells are a great choice for this, and we've also enjoyed using rotini as well as fettuccini.
