    Cheesy Baked Spaghetti

    With two kinds of cheese, this baked spaghetti is truly scrumptious! The olives infuse it with a little something special, and the mushrooms make it wonderful.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 1 cup chopped green pepper
    • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine
    • 1 28-ounce can tomatoes, diced, with liquid
    • 1 4-ounce can mushrooms, drained
    • 1 can sliced olives, drained
    • 2 teaspoons oregano
    • 1 pound ground beef, cooked and drained (optional)
    • 12 ounces spaghetti, cooked and drained
    • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup
    • 1/4 cup water
    • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
       
    2. Sauté onion and green pepper in large skillet.
       
    3. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano.
       
    4. Add ground beef, if desired.
       
    5. Simmer 10 minutes.
       
    6. Layer half the spaghetti noodles in greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
       
    7. Top with half the vegetable mixture and half the cheddar cheese.
       
    8. Repeat layers.
       
    9. Top with mushroom soup and water mixture, and Parmesan cheese.
       
    10. Bake, uncovered at 350F degrees for 30 - 35 minutes, or until hot.

    I am trying to locate the recipe for shrimp salad which was in a small booklet on bottle of white wine vinegar.

    I think it may be helpful in deciding to prepare a recipe if a photo of the item and a a nutrition listing is shown .

    I actually loved it and I'm getting ready to make a new batch right now! Try it with mozzarella.
