Chicken Pasta Salad Italiano

Ingredients
- 3 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta (rotini), cooked and drained
- 2 cans (4.5-ounces each) Swanson Premium White Chunk Chicken Breast in Water, drained
- 1 small cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and sliced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed
- 3/4 cup fat free Italian salad dressing or reduced fat creamy Italian salad dressing
Instructions

Place the pasta, chicken, cucumber, tomato and peas in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

I want to make this salad. I love cold pasta salads. I also love peas and was surprised to see that it contained peas. This must give it a distinct sweetness. Italian salad dressing is also tasty. All round I think this should be a delicious salad for a hot summer's night, especially if you are pressed for time.
