Creamy Bowtie Lasagna Dish

This is a nice quick alternative when you want the taste of lasagna, but don't feel like investing the time and effort. I'd use one of the chunky varieties of Prego, but that's just personal taste. I think some nice garlic bread would be a great complement to this dish, along with a light salad. I'd also sprinkle some shaved Parmesan over the top of the finished dish before serving.
