Good easy and filling meals are always a great find for any busy parent and this is just such a recipe! It is quick and really easy to put together and the result is a meal that everyone in the family will enjoy. I love the addition of the spinach and this is a dish we will return to again and again!

This is a great quick meal using stuff that's probably already around the house. I have a particular fondness for tri-color or spinach rotini, so I might use those in this recipe. I always have jars of Prego sauce on hand, so I'd definitely use one of those flavors. Thanks for posting this recipe!
