Ooooh, the photo looked SO GOOD and the meal was every bit as good as I had hoped. We added sweet red pepper because we have some fresh from the garden ready for use but made no other changes. Oh and we did put the dish under the broiler to melt and crisp and cheese. It was all so YUMMY and the feta on the top was especially delicious!
