When it comes to preparing dinner, sometimes you feel just plain lazy. This recipe for Fantastic Lazy Day Lasagna is perfect for a quick weeknight meal when you don't want to put forth too much effort. It's a ravioli casserole recipe with ricotta cheese, marinara or meat sauce and mozzarella cheese on top. Nothing beats a simple casserole recipe that only requires four ingredients and 30 minutes to prepare; plus, it tastes great!

I love ravioli and the idea of making it into a casserole as suggested in this Fantastic Lazy Day Lasagna recipe is, well, Fantastic. Mixing the Ricotta cheese with the meat sauce is perfect, everything about this recipe is perfect. The layering of the ingredients, the easy straightforward prep. You really can't go wrong with this dish. Serve with some crispy Italian bread and your done.

What an amazing way to prepare a meal with all the lovely flavors of lasagna but alot less work. I like a bit more vegetable flavor and texture for lasagna, and pasta meals in general. I think chopped sweet peppers and grated carrots would be nice to include in one or more of the layers in this awesome recipe.

I had never considered using frozen ravioli in place of lasagna but it does make sense. I like the fact that you can use any sort of ravioli that you might want, meat or cheese, or a combo of both. This is a really easy way to assemble a lasagna-type casserole, and I do want to try this out. Thanks for sharing this idea!

I love quick and easy recipe. I dont like spending hours in the kitchen, but Id like to prepare dinner for the kids because cooking at home is healthier and also cheaper. So this recipe is perfect. I will definitely try this lasagna / casserole recipe. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

I love this - what a great idea! The taste of lasagna in a quick and easy casserole! You could make this with cheese lasagna or even meat lasagna and serve with a meat or veggie sauce. This would be a great weeknight dinner served with a a salad and would also be great to bring to a potluck or dinner party! I bet you could even make this the day before and warm up before serving! Yummy!

I am always looking for Italian recipes that are easy to make and are delicious. This baked ravioli casserole fits this description. Regular lasagna takes too long to prepare so I would rather be cooking this in a fraction of the time. Add garlic bread and a salad, and you have a complete Italian dinner.

Love this recipe! Personally, making lasagna seems crazy intimidating to me, so it's really nice to have a recipe that can is manageable and totally not intimidating.
