Healthy Pasta Primavera
"Healthy Pasta Primavera: In less than 30 minutes, this easy pasta dinner that is filled with fresh spring vegetables and a creamy, yet lightened up sauce, will be on the table for your whole family to enjoy. Traditionally pasta primavera is made with lots of oil, heavy cream, Parmesan Cheese and some veggies. My family desires a creamy pasta but I don't desire a pasta made with lots of cream or oil. With a few swaps, I can create a healthy, yet creamy sauce that hugs the noodles and spring vegetables that still feels decadent."

I'm always in awe of pasta prepared this way. I like my pasta with just olive oil, garlic, and shrimp, or chicken, I like the veggies added here although I guess that after eating, they will all be left in the container. Well I guess it depends on what veggies will be included in the recipe. But this is so mouth-watering for me....

This is definitely a lighter version of the traditional pasta primavera. I would recommend using a whole wheat penne rather than spaghetti noodles since penne is better eaten with veggies in smaller bites. Also, for those that are gluten-free, Banza pasta made of chickpeas would work well in this recipe!
