We love Chicken Alfredo, and had added broccoli to it before. It never occurred to us to roast the broccoli first. It adds a lot to the flavor. Admittedly, it does add a bit to the cooking time, but it's worthwhile. Now it's got me thinking of trying some roasted peppers with the Chicken Alfredo next time. I think that would also be quite tasty.

Broccoli is, without any doubt at all, my favorite vegetable (fortunately my whole family love it too) and Alfredo is one of the best Italian pasta sauces so, for me, Roasted Broccoli Chicken Alfredo is double heaven. The only thing missing is chocolate, lol! Jokes aside, this dish is very good. Roasting the broccoli does, as they say, bring a lovely, quite nutty flavor. The family loved it and I am sure yours will too.

I really don't mind broccoli and I try to eat it often as I know it is a vegetable super food. This Chicken Alfredo with broccoli looks like it would make it taste fantastic. This does not seem like an effort at all to make. The Alfredo sauce also looks as if it tastes delicious.

Alfredo sauce is such a creamy and delicious Italian comfort food. I really like adding chicken and broccoli to the pasta in this recipe. I have also recently heard of a friend adding pieces of cooked bacon to her Alfredo sauce. I think the creamy sauce mixes well with the salty bacon. Worth a try and how wrong could you go by adding bacon?!
