Stuffed Shell
Ingredients
- 36 jumbo shells
- 5 sausage links
- 10 ounces chopped spinach {frozen thawed}
- 1 small onion diced
- 15 ounces ricotta cheese
- mozzarella cheese
- tomato sauce
Instructions
Cook shells according to pkg. Let Cool. Cook sausage until done. Remove from casing and let cool. Mix in food processor with ricotta cheese, chopped spinach and onion. Stuff each cooled shell. Place in baking dish. Top with sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes covered, remove cover and back another 15 minutes. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Serves about 6 people (6 shells each)
