Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ounces) Pepperidge Farm® Puff Pastry Shells
- 1/2 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 cups fresh or thawed frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries)
- vanilla yogurt or sweetened whipped cream
Instructions

Prepare the pastry shells according to the package directions.

Heat the jam in a 1-quart heavy saucepan over medium heat until melted, stirring often. Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the lemon juice and berries.

Spoon the berry mixture into the pastry shells. Top with the yogurt.

Mixed berries and puffed pastry. What a great combination, right? I love this idea for a variety of fruits. I think that peaches or cherries might be a great filler for these pastries. I love the flavors of fruit pastries. The whipped cream layer makes them so creamy and delightful.
