Savory quiches like this one are so versatile. They are a great thing to set out at a buffet style brunch or a potluck, since they can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature. They would also be a good thing to take along on a summer picnic! I think I even like the puff pastry used better than a traditional pie crust, since it is so light and flaky.

Look at this delicious, appetizing quiche. There is something about puff pastry which makes anything much more decadent. I find quiches such convenient meals, especially for breakfast or even lunch at work with a bit of salad. Ham and cheese is the perfect filling and this is so easy to prepare with the ready made puff pastry.
