Ali's Famous Mojito Pie
Ali's Famous Mojito Pie is a wonderful recipe to break out for a celebration! I make lemon meringue pie. Key lime pies are not popular in South Africa at all. In fact, I have never tasted one or even been offered one to taste. I would love to have one though as I love a citrus, tangy flavor. This Mojito Pie sounds just the thing. I definitely have to try make one. I have a herb garden with lots of mint. I love Mojito's too which is what drew me to look at this recipe. I am going to top mine with meringue like I usually do with the lemon meringue pie. I will post the picture when its done.
