Though many recipes typically call for crème de menthe (a mint-flavored liqueur), we’re swapping out the alcohol with peppermint extract and a touch of green food coloring. Ingredients
- 1 cup Chocolate Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 1 cup Butter
- 3 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
- 4 drops Green Food Coloring
- 12 Oreos

Mix melted butter and chocolate graham cracker crumbs. Press into an 8 or 9 inch pie plate. Place in freezer.

Using a double boiler, melt marshmallows and 2/3 cup heavy cream, stirring frequently. Once melted, remove from heat and add peppermint extract and green food coloring if desired. Set aside and allow to cool slightly.
