I only make my own pie dough. It is amazing. My favorite part of this recipe post is the tips. They are great if you are new to making your own crust. Or, even if you have, it mentions how to do designs you never thought to try. This is a butter crust so it shrinks more than a crust made with shortening. Another tip would be chilling the crust after rolling out for about 20 minutes before baking.
