Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Coco Treasure Organics Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
- 2 tablespoons Coco Treasure Organics Coconut Flour sifted
- 4 large egg whites
- Optional spices sea salt, herbs, and red pepper flakes

Spread the coconut oil on a frying pan and put over low heat.

Such a great recipe to try! I don't keep coconut flour in the house normally but would like to try this. I'm thinking it would work well as a dessert pizza because of how light and airy the coconut is. I'm picturing fresh berries and a Greek yogurt swirl! Any topping ideas that anyone has?
