    Quick and Easy Stromboli

    This stromboli recipe uses pre-made bread dough, which makes this recipe quick and easy! Add any of your favorite pizza toppings to make this recipe your own: we recommend sausage or spinach.

    Ingredients

    • 2 loaves frozen white bread dough (thawed)
    • 3 cups shredded mozzerella
    • Sliced pepperoni
    • Sliced mushrooms
    • Pizza sauce (optional)
    • Small amount of butter or margarine

    Instructions

    1. Cut each loaf of bread dough in half. Roll out thawed bread dough on floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
       
    2. Layer sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, and mozzerella on 1/2 of dough. Fold over, pinch to seal ends.
       
    3. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until golden in color. Remove from oven and brush with butter.
