Quick and Easy Stromboli
This stromboli recipe uses pre-made bread dough, which makes this recipe quick and easy! Add any of your favorite pizza toppings to make this recipe your own: we recommend sausage or spinach.

Ingredients
- 2 loaves frozen white bread dough (thawed)
- 3 cups shredded mozzerella
- Sliced pepperoni
- Sliced mushrooms
- Pizza sauce (optional)
- Small amount of butter or margarine
Instructions
- Cut each loaf of bread dough in half. Roll out thawed bread dough on floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
- Layer sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms, and mozzerella on 1/2 of dough. Fold over, pinch to seal ends.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for about 30 minutes or until golden in color. Remove from oven and brush with butter.
