I absolutely must make this Low Carb Pizza with Pears Prosciutto recipe. I am absolutely intrigued by the idea of making a pizza crust out of cheese, etc., and no flour, and the flavor combination of pears, prosciutto, and blue cheese crumbles sounds terrific. I am so thankful for the video tutorial or I would not have believed the crust could be made. Can't wait to try it.
