I am truly amazed at how terrific this 3 Ingredient Crispy Baked Pork Chops recipe turned out. I made it fully expecting not to like it...boy was I wrong. The pork chops are tender and juicy with a crispy crust, and the onion soup delivers a ton of flavor. I will definitely be making these again.

I think the 7-up Chops look and sound great! I would also like to try this idea using some ginger ale. My mom makes the best pulled pork with ginger ale- it is so tender and moist, which is what I'm thinking these pork chops will be like! I'm sure chicken or vegetable broth would also be fine!

7-Up? I didnt know that soda can be used for baking. D I wonder how this pork chop will turn out. Reading from the comments, this pork chop looks promising. ) Ill try this recipe. I love oven baked food. Healthier, and really save time. I can do other things while the oven do the baking. )

I have to try these pork chops. I showed this to my son and asked him if he thinks I should make it. He said, "Sure 7-Up chops!" So that is what they are going to be known as in my house. His favorite drink is mountain dew. Could I use that instead?

I love these pork chops. I had to make these twice, because the kids asked for them again within a week. I love these because they use the oven, instead of frying them. This is a great lower fat alternative. I love oven baked foods, and these did not disappoint. I served them with some broccoli and cheese, a small salad, and some homemade bread. It was a wonderful meal that will be going on my menu regularly.

Can I use something beside soda? I am a diabetic and don't use soda so can I use chicken broth instead?

This sounds very interesting. Why 7 Up and can you use any type of soda? This sounds very easy to make. The only way I ever make my pork chops are fried or broiled. This sounds like a recipe I would like to try. Can you taste the soda in it after it is cooked?
