- But before you prepare the perfect pork chop dinner, here are a few facts that you might not know about the pork chop.
- Pork chops are actually the most popular cut from the pork loin because they offer cooking convenience and a multitude of meal options.
- There are five different type of chops you can choose from: loin chop (meaty and lean), top loin chop (often called the "America's Cut"), rib chop (contains a rib bone for added flavor), blade chop (thick and marbled) and sirloin chop (cut from the end of the loin and often includes some of the hip bone).
- When cooking chops, roasts and tenderloins, the USDA recommends cooking the meat to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F with a 3-minute rest. This cooking method will help you achieve the most juicy and tender pork possible.
Now that you know more about the meat itself, it's time to cook up some delicious pork chops! Keep reading to find your new favorite pork chop recipe, whether it's grilled, baked, stuffed, barbecued or just plain tender and juicy!

I love pork recipes. Pork is so versatile and you can do so many things with it which can change its taste every time. I especially like pork chops as they are so meaty and they have a bit of a sweet taste. Pork chops are also great time savers and you can turn out a gourmet meal in no time at all. I think pork chops are winners all round. Thank you RecipeLion for this eBook!!

I love getting e-mails to check out recipes on this site and I use many, many of them. However, I think I will unsubscribe because when I click on the name of recipe it goes straight to this page America's favorite e-cook book. It is so FRUSTRATING!!!!!! I've seen other people complain about this also, but your IT department must not be able to correct it because it stays the same. I've also forward the e-mails to MANY friends who have forward to their friends. No More.

JennyBee - you asked how we keep getting to this initial epork chop page, again and again. I can only speak for myself, but I get your email that lists what you're spotlighting. Yesterday it was: 50 of the Best Ground Beef Recipes. I "clicked" on the link in the mail and arrived, once again, at the Pork Chop Recipe ebook page. Although I know how to navigate your site so I can find what I'm looking for, I understand everyone's frustration. V/R.........Donna in Ohio.

reat recipes, great ideas. love the E-books BUT i WISH YOU WOULD ELIMINATE the comment box that appears on every recipe I copy. It usually takes up a whole sheet of paper and is of no use and it is not needed. There is no reason to have to print it out and it is just a waste of paper when you just want to copy the recipe. I love to collect and try new and old recipes. You do have a nice varity of ideas but I find it very annoying that every time I copy a recipe I also have to "get" the comment box. Is'nt there some way the it could either be eliminated or optionial. It is a waste of paper and space! ps. I just copied the E Book on pork chops. Lots of interesting recipes but again there was a lot of wasted paper and space, some sheets only had one sentence on them......should'nt we go green !
