I do like the idea of spooning the sauce over instead of cooking the chops in the sauce. My husband doesn't like nuts in things, unless he can't tell they are in there. This way he could take the sauce and leave the nuts for me. I have never coated pork chops with flour before. I think it would be good without doing that.

This looks delicious! I like that the sauce is made separately so it can be spooned on to each port chop. You can take a lot or a little, depending on how you like it. The recipe doesn't say if you can refrigerate any left over sauce, but it would be great to do that. I buy individually wrapped pork chops and would never use three pounds at once. Having the sauce already made and ready to go would be very convenient.
