If you've ever had cornflake-crusted pork chops, this is a great alternative! The pork chops are so very simple to make and come out well each time. If you didn't want to cook the chops on top of the stove, you could also bake them in a pan with some oil (and maybe even mixed veggies) at 350 for 20-30 minutes or whenever done.
