I made this Original Ranch Pork Chops recipe using country style pork spare ribs and they came out great. They were tender and juicy, and full of flavor. Love that they are baked and not fried. The salad dressing seasoning packet does all the work. Love this simple little recipe. I'm thinking of trying it with chicken.
