Mustard sauce with pork chops...that's something that I'd never in life think of trying, but the pork chops look amazing! I've always wondered...why do people call it chicken fried? Chicken fried steak, chicken fried pork chops, ect...is it because it's fried in oil? Why not just call it fried pork chops? Either way, it still sounds yummy...I'm not sure how I feel about the mustard sauce but I think it would be awesome with chicken tenders or nuggets. Personally, I think this fried pork would really go well with an apricot sauce.

This sounds good. It would be better than my fried pork chops. I usually sprinkle a Cajun seasoning and pepper on mine and then dust them with flour and put them in a skillet with oil and fry until done. They are good, but very boring. I will give this a try.

At long last, I found a fried pork chop recipe that I can do in addition to what I usually make for my family. These Simple Chicken Fried Pork Chops look so good, my family will definitely love them. We are pork chops lovers and the recipe I have is simply adding salt and pepper to the chops, coating them in egg and flour or bread crumbs then deep-fry them. Crunchy and delicious, so mouth-watering. When buying the chops, choose the larger ones to give room for shrinkage when cooked.

I watched the video and got a better sense off the ingredients. She used bottled mustard for the sauce only. About a half cup of milk for the sauce and a couple of tablespoons for the egg mixture. It loooked like she used a half cup of bread crumbs and added seasoning but it looked like it was for one chop which she had pounded to be thinner. Hope this helps.

The recipe does not have all the ingredients in the recipe list and should the mustard be dry or prepared?

How much milk and breadcrumbs? Why would allow this recipe to be posted with incomplete ingredients?

The recipe looks good, but in the "ingredients" section, you forgot bread crumbs. A suggestion is to use crushed cracker crumbs in place of bread crumbs.

Your recipe for "Simple Chicken Fried Pork Chops" does not specify how much milk is needed as far as I can see, unless I've miissed something!

Sounds like it could be very tasty, but the list of ingredients and the directions don't seem to agree. A few things seem to be missing from the ingredients list. Please adjust the recipe and add what is missing. Thanks.
