The Best Ever Cranberry Pork Roast is as good a cranberry sauce recipe as it is a pork roast recipe! Slow cooked to lock in the sweet flavor of cranberry sauce, it's perfect for hosting friends, or just a simple family dinner.

Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless rolled pork loin roast
- 1 can (16-ounce) jellied cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Mash cranberry sauce together with sugar, juice, mustard and cloves. Pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours till meat is tender.
- To make cranberry gravy measure 2 cups of juices. Bring to boil in saucepan. Combine cornstarch and water, add to gravy. Stir till thickened. Serve with sliced pork.
