Chicago Style Bbq Ribs
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsps paprika
- 2 tsps onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Msg
- 2 pounds country-style back ribs
Instructions
Yield: 4 servings. Bake ribs at 450 for 20 min. Pour off fat. Reduce oven to 300F and cook 30 minutes more. Meanwhile, mix sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Drain ribs and cover with sauce. Cook another hour, basting every 15 min.
