Curried Pork Chop and Potato Sheet Pan Recipe

"A sheet pan recipe that is full of life. Curry spiced pork chops cooked over a bed of curried potatoes to make one epic flavour bomb. This recipe is also gluten free. I don’t think many people would have thought of a curried sheet pan recipe, so I thought I would give it a go and it makes for such an awesome stress-free dinner.
