How undeniably delicious this rack of pork looks. I love cooking with meat and fruit and liked the idea of the fig preserve used here.This certainly looks like it tastes really yummy. I really am sorry but I will be leaving out the brussels sprouts but I do like the idea of cooking the pork with the veggies.
