    Ingredients

    • 2 pounds boneless pork loin
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
    • 1/4 cup dry sherry
    • 2 tablespoons honey

    Instructions

    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
       
    2. Place pork in roasting pan or casserole.
       
    3. Combine soy sauce and ginger and pour over pork. Bake for 1 hour, basting frequently.
       
    4. Combine sherry and honey and pour over pork.
       
    5. Bake another 30 minutes, basting frequently.
       
    6. Remove from oven and let stand for 10-15 minutes under foil.
       
    7. Slice and serve with pan juices on the side.
