- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Paprika
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce

Trim any excess fat off of the pork shoulder and cut into quarter pound chunks.

Combine the brown sugar, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl. Rub onto the meat covering on all sides.
