I love pork tenderloin but, for some unknown reason, seldom use it so this recipe was a really pleasant find. It is a really good recipe too! The pork was tender and moist, the sauce was delicious and the grilled onions are so delicious that I found I wanted more even though I had already had quite enough to eat. Definitely a meal we will be having again in the future.

I really like the look of this pork. I accessed this recipe without a problem. It does look juicy and I agree that a tenderloin does need some good marinating time. These flavors would compliment the pork perfectly I would imagine as any fruity flavoring is a good accompaniment for pork. Pork can also be dry so marinating it like this would make it moist.
