Oven-roasted Pulled Pork
"Everyone loves a good pulled pork recipe. It is insanely tender and loaded with flavor. An easy pork recipe that you can prepare ahead of time and serve on a bun with the best homemade barbeque sauce! Juicy and tender meat is the trademark of best-pulled pork. You can use the grill to achieve the fall-apart tenderness this dish is known for. However, a standard oven can also be used in creating this mouthwatering pork dish. It is all about the spices and liquid used to tenderize and marinate the pork. We’ve got both of those covered in this recipe."
NotesYou can infuse European flavors such as rosemary, oregano, and sage. They balance out the tanginess and acidity of red wine. You can use crusty French bread instead of a regular burger bun too.
