- 8 pork chops
- 1 can (14-ounce) catsup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 bottle beer
Instructions
- Preheat over to 250 F degrees
- Mix the catsup, sugar and beer together and place in a baking dish.
- Place the chops on top.
- Bake uncovered oven for about 1 1/2 hours. If chops start to brown to fast cover with foil.

I do pork chops this way quite frequently. Recipe is great for country style ribs as well. P.S. I've never seen a can of catsup. Didn't know it is distributed that way. lol
