    These Perfect Pork Chops in Beer are the ideal savory boneless pork chop recipe. Beer enzymes break down the connective tissue in the pork, making it tender as well as flavorful. All this makes it the ideal centerpiece for tonight's dinner table.

    Ingredients

    • 8 pork chops
    • 1 can (14-ounce) catsup
    • 3/4 cup brown sugar
    • 1 bottle beer

    Instructions

    1. Preheat over to 250 F degrees
       
    2. Mix the catsup, sugar and beer together and place in a baking dish.
       
    3. Place the chops on top.
       
    4. Bake uncovered oven for about 1 1/2 hours. If chops start to brown to fast cover with foil.

    I do pork chops this way quite frequently. Recipe is great for country style ribs as well. P.S. I've never seen a can of catsup. Didn't know it is distributed that way. lol
