Homemade Ginger Garlic Paste

I definitely want to make some of this paste. I add ginger in one or another to everything I cook. Fresh or ground. I freeze fresh ginger and then just grate it when I want some. I do like garlic so I want to make this paste to have on hand to just pop into whatever I am making and make it taste better!

This stuff is a wonderful thing to have on hand in your fridge for a ton of different things! Aside from Indian cuisine, I like to use this flavor base for Asian stir fry dishes, and even in meat marinades for cooking out on the grill in the summer time. You can do the prep ahead of time and save a lot of time cooking during the week!
