Ketchup
Ingredients
- 24 ounces tomato paste
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
Instructions
In blender, combine all ingredients. Mix on high for 3 minutes. Scrape sides of blender occasionally. Chill. Can be stored in air tight container for 2 to 3 weeks in refrigerator. Makes about 3 cups.
