Kiwi Fruit Leather
Ingredients
- 10 kiwifruit, peeled
- 2 tbsp white grape juice concentrate
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Puree the ingredients in the blender/food processor, and spread on fruit roll trays. Dry till leathered. Notes: I made sure the seeds got really pulverized, and added some green food coloring.
