I am a huge fan of quick and easy recipes like this. I have found that refrigerator biscuits are an absolute blessing when it comes to quick and easy recipes or last minute entertaining. These donuts are scrumptious! I have made a similar dessert using these bicuits, but coated them in a melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon mixture that is then baked in the oven. So good! Drooooooooool. You can't go wrong with this recipe! You should definitely give it a try.

These are the best doughnuts as a light dessert, or a breakfast on the go. I always love getting these at the restaurant we go to. Now, I have been making them at home, thanks to this recipe! I have even added some homemade strawberry jam, apple butter, or chocolate frosting to the inside once these are done. You just pipe it in, and you have a completely different taste. You can also add some cinnamon to the sugar you roll them for cinnamon sugar doughnuts.

How can you go wrong with a recipe that starts with..."get a cheap can of biscuits"? How easy is that. I absolutely love these little donuts. I've coated them with sugar as called for, but I have also done cinnamon sugar, powdered sugar, glaze, and I have even gone so far as to fill them with a little squirt of jelly. So, go get yourself "a cheap can of biscuits" and have some fun.

I am happy to find this because our favorite Chinese buffet was taken out of the restaurant it was in. This is one of my husband's favorite things from the place. I was sure it was a biscuit dough so this is a very easy little dessert to make. Just right for a small simple, sweet. This is soft and nice for an adult for a bit or for a child to have for a dessert or snack.

I wish I could just make a whole batch of these myself and eat them without sharing. Of course I would feel bad for not sharing. I will make these donuts tonight.
