I love that this recipe incorporates Asian inspired flavors in the dressing of this asparagus salad! The soy sauce, ginger, sesame oil, honey, and basil flavors give it a distinct taste similar to a marinated stir fry meat, which is very surprising to see in a vegetarian dish like this. A great way to use that peak season spring asparagus that is so tender and sweet.
