"When I bring this Ramen Cabbage Salad to a potluck, everybody loves this tangy, crunchy, side dish. It is easy and quick to prepare and so delicious. Feed a Crowd I made that large bowl of Ramen Noodle Salad last weekend and there was a scant amount left for maybe a little snack later. That was grabbed up too. I took home an empty bowl. When food is that good that you can bring healthy food and not have any to bring back home…that is good food. I made this last week. Salad was what I was supposed to bring to our gathering. When I uncovered the salad, the family exclaimed you brought “THE” salad. I laughed not knowing it was so special. "
